Chi Tse Beeng is also known as Round Tea. It is one of the famous products of Pu-er tea. It adopts solarized raw tea of broad-leaf type in certain districts of Yunnan as raw material, processed by optimum fermentation , steamed and pressed to form its shape. It has smooth and mellow flavour and has long lasting finishing. If aged under condition, the quality will be constantly upgraded.
Brewing Method: It is ideal to brew  Pu-er tea with boiling water of about 95C to 100C. The quality of tea to be placed for brewing should be decided by the size of the tea pot used, in general, 1:50 is most adopted. Pour boiling water into the pot and brew for 3 5 minutes then the tea is ready for taste.
